Terms of use

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Logis provides road freight management tools for shippers, carriers and drivers. By using the service you accept these terms, provide accurate information, hold authority to represent your company, safeguard credentials and comply with applicable laws.

Obligations

Shippers must provide accurate cargo, address and safety details, lawful goods and timely payment. Carriers are responsible for required licences, vehicle fitness, insurance and qualified drivers. Drivers must operate safely, provide accurate trip updates and delivery evidence, protect recipient information and avoid distracting app use while driving.

Transport contracts and liability

The shipment request and accepted transport contract identify transport parties, price, timing and duties. Estimates become binding only when accepted. Carrier availability or delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Each party remains responsible for its conduct and breach. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cargo loss and damage claims follow the contract and applicable law.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscription prices, periods, limits and applicable taxes appear when choosing a plan and paying. Activation depends on payment confirmation. Automatic renewal or recurring charges require clear consent. Contact support to cancel or dispute a charge; refunds follow purchase terms and statutory rights. Account deletion does not discharge debts, transport contracts or legal record retention.

Restrictions, availability and governing law

Accounts may be restricted for misuse, security risks or unlawful conduct, with objections reviewed through published support channels. Do not copy the service or infringe others’ rights. Maintenance and events beyond control may interrupt features. Saudi Arabian law governs these terms; competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction following an attempt at amicable resolution. Material updates are published here and acceptance requested where required. See Contact, Privacy and Delete account.
